About Rooms Full of Her
Rooms Full of Her is a community for women who have outgrown their circle, but not their need to be part of one.
We gather in real spaces. Beach walks, wine tastings, dinners, morning yoga, high teas, hikes, cacao evenings, painting, sacred ceremonies, picnics, games nights, padel, retreats, you name it.
Bi-monthly events hosted across Helderberg, designed to feel less like networking and more like belonging.
Rooted in the Helderberg area. The room size grows based on who walks through the door.
No agenda. No performance. Just an exhale you didn’t know you were holding.
How this works
Rooms Full of Her is free to join.
You pay only for the events you attend. Each gathering is priced individually depending on the experience. A picnic looks different to a retreat, and we price accordingly.
No monthly fee. No commitment. Just show up when the room calls you.
All our official events are limited to 13 women at a time.

Meet The Founders of rooms full of her
Hi, we’re Tamia & Daisy
We built Rooms Full of Her because we kept finding ourselves in rooms full of people and still feeling completely alone. Because we outgrew our circles, but not our need for one. Because we got tired of having to speak a certain language or fit a certain role just to feel like we belonged somewhere.
We kept meeting other women who felt exactly the same. Genuinely remarkable women we wanted to introduce to each other. Women who had quietly left rooms that no longer fit them, and were carrying the quiet fear that leaving meant being alone for good.
Between us, we hold space for sacred ceremony, real connection, and the kind of conversation that shifts something in you. We know how to hold a room. We wanted to build one worth walking into.
This community is for every woman who has ever felt like too much for the wrong people and not enough for the right ones. Who craves depth but rarely finds a room worthy of it. Who has learned to move through life alone, not because she wants to, but because the right circle hasn’t found her yet.
