3. Do I need to be physically present for the analysis?
   No. The PDF analysis is available worldwide. Submit a recent photo after booking and your report is delivered digitally.
4. Do I need to have had the analysis to book a Restoration session?
   Yes. The standalone Restoration Session is for clients who have already received an Aura Analysis. If you have not yet had an analysis, please select the Full Package option.
5. Can the PDF and Restoration session happen on the same day?
   No. The package is intentionally structured as two separate steps. Your PDF is delivered first. Your restoration session is booked after — once you have received and reviewed your report.
6. How long does the PDF report take to arrive?
   Reports are typically delivered within 1–3 business days of receiving your photo. You will be notified by email when your report is ready.
7. Where are in-person sessions held?
   At a private hired studio in Somerset West, or as a home visit within the Helderberg area. Address confirmed privately after booking.
8. What photo do I need for the analysis?
   A recent photo of you standing in front of a plain coloured wall with good lighting. Full upper body visible. No filters. Instructions and submission link sent after purchase.
