Refund & Returns Policy 2026 – Sacred Perpetuity

At Sacred Perpetuity, all services and digital offerings are delivered with care, integrity, and commitment.
Because sessions are customized, energetic in nature, and fulfilled once scheduled or delivered, all sales are final. No refund & returns will be accepted.

Our work is intended for spiritual and holistic guidance only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not replace the care of licensed professionals. You are fully responsible for your own choices and actions before, during, and after any session.

All sales are final. No refund, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once a service or digital product is purchased.

This policy applies to all services, readings, ceremonies, and digital offerings.

Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are confirmed upon payment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made less than 24 hours before a session can not be accommodated.

If you do not attend a scheduled session (“no-show”), the session will be considered fulfilled. There’s no option to reschedule the appointment or issue a refund for no show appointments.

In the rare event that Sacred Perpetuity must cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative date/time will be arranged. Should this not align, store credit for future use or refund will be issued.

Gifted sessions are valid indefinitely (no expiration date).

A gifted session can be redeemed by the intended recipient at any time.

To redeem a gifted session, the recipient must contact us directly at {tamia@sacredperpetuity.co.za} with proof of purchase, or confirmation details.

No return & refund will be issued for gifted sessions. You are welcome to exchange the gift for another service of equated value.
