WHAT THIS EXPERIENCE IS

Cacao & Create is a sacred, playful, intentionally imperfect ceremony that uses three elements to bring you home to yourself:

Ceremonial-Grade Cacao
Not hot chocolate. Not a wellness trend. Ceremonial cacao is made from whole, minimally processed cacao beans that retain their full active compound profile — theobromine (a gentle heart-stimulating compound), anandamide (known as the bliss molecule), magnesium, and a range of mood-supporting nutrients. WHAT TO EXPECT

You will arrive into a held, sacred space designed to slow you down before you begin.

The ceremony opens with your cacao and pink lotus — prepared with intention, served warm. You will be guided through a short opening to help you land in your body, settle your nervous system, and set a quiet intention for the experience ahead.

Then we paint.

With fingers. With the wrong hand. With colours that feel right, not colours that make sense. Without technique, without judgment, without anyone telling you what it should look like — including yourself.

For most people, the first few minutes feel awkward. The inner critic shows up. The hand that doesn’t know what it’s doing feels exposed. And then something shifts. The paint moves. The colour starts to feel good. The outcome stops mattering. And you remember — in your body, not just your mind — what it felt like to make something for the pure experience of making it.
